sndsTools

Since September 2024, with some friends from research labs and public agencies, we are building sndsTools, a collaborative R package to facilitate data extraction from the French National Health Data System (SNDS). We are putting a lot of effort into the documentation.

The code is available on Github. A documentation website exposes user guides and function API. The last presentation of the project was made at the Institut du Cerveau in January 2026.

The project is early stage and we are welcoming any contribution (bug reports, new functionality, code, review…) to this project, feel free to contact me if you want to help 🤗.
