Past occupations#
2020 - Now : I am a data scientist at the French High Authority of Health (HAS) in the data team. I am working on Health Data Warehouse project and observational studies.
2020 - 2023 : Ph.D. student in the SODA team at Inria under the supervision of Gaël Varoquaux (Inria) and Dr. Claire Morgand (ARS-IDF). In my research projects, I tried to leverage the EHRs and medico-administrative big data bases to build robust inference.
2020, Covid19 1st epidemic wave : crisis center of the Ministry of Health, various data pipelines and strategic dashboards.
2018 - 2020 : I was a machine learning engineer at the French Ministry of Health statistical service, DREES, working mainly on the French Data Health System, SNDS.
2018 : I worked at the Paris Public French Hospital (APHP) on a pseudonymisation system for medical records.
2017 : Master student at MVA, ENS Paris-Saclay in Artificial Intelligence and at ENSAE in statistical learning.
2014-2017 : Ecole Polytechnique, Applied Mathematics
